Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

i'm a husband filed for divorce and now separated for 7 month and i filed a motion for wife not to take my daughter ( 6 years old) overseas we have an agreement i get visitation for weekends and i pay money everyweek and house expenses plus rent till divorce is final , now wife left me my daughter and travelled overseas i live 30 mile away from my daughter school and i can provide my daughter with the care she needs what should i do ? i do not know when her mother is coming back and what should i do about the rent house and expenses knowing the court agreement is for me to have my daughter only for weekend. please advise.

Well first if you have an order saying she cannot take your daughter overseas then she can't and you can enforce that. I am a bit unsure from your question if you have your daughter at this time, if you do then you can do another motion to the Court asking that you be the primary parent and that yoru wife pay you for monies you are forced to pay.
