Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband is forcing me to sign Marital settlement agreement. i live in New Jersey. the agreement is not at all in my favor. I want to report a mental abuse case as he is threatening to withdraw my immigration support and send me back to india if i donot sign the document. where should i file the report and how?

( i have no intentions to redraft the msa as i want to contest in the divorce process )
