My Husband is an Illegal Alien who is a cinvictef felon. At the time I married him I had no idea. I filed for Divorce and he is asking for part of my Retirement funds. Is an Illegal Alien entitle to pension or 401k

It is likely that this is a standard Answer to a petition for divorce. You would need to disclose more facts for a more informed answer to your question. Your soon to be former spouse's immirgation status may or may not have an impact on your marriage. However, given that he may have fradulently induced you into marriage may be a bar to his claiming a benefit from the marriage. You need a lawyer! this very bad man is entitled to very little, but you will need to take action to keep him from getting part of your pension, and get the divorce. A lawyer would help a lot.
