Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband up and left one day, I found out he left for good but before leaving he stopped paying all bills for the past 3 months mortgage lights heating etc...Now that he has left I would like to know what my rights are? there is a court order that he should be paying the bills. i don't want to end up on the street
