My husband lied to me telling me he needed my signature on some paperwork so that he can get a refinanced, I later found the paperwork and it said that my husband and myself sold the house to my husband for a dollar removing me from all right to the house. we are still married and I am still living here he told me he did it cause his ex girlfriend had screwed him over in the past and he figured that if something happened I couldn't afford the mortgage which is a flat out lie what can I do New Jersey

You can file with the court to reverse the deed to your husband because there was fraud. In a divorcwe the house would still be a marital asset.
