Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex husband has not made the July car payment on his car and the finance company is calling me constantly. I finally paid it just so they will stop calling me I have enclosed the wording from the divorce judgement. his car is the 2004 Jeep grand cherokee. what should I do and what are my rights, the finance company says the car is in both our names and I am listed as the primary Filed Sept 3, 2008:
On Final Judgement of Divorce...under Equitable Distribution of Real and Personal Property:
Vehicles:
The parties shall keep, own and operate the vehicle presently in their possession at the time of the signing of the within agreement
Wife presently operates the 2006 Chrysler Town and Country minivan. Wife's vehicle is free from claim by the Husband.
Husband presently operates the 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Husband's vehicle is free from claim by the wife.
a.)Within 30 days of the execution of the within agreement, each party agrees to execute any and all documents necessary to transfer any right, title, and interest he or she may have in the vehicles distributed to each other.
b.)Upon the signing of the within agreement, each party shall be responsible for any and all maintenance charges, insurance, and any other expenses relating to their ownership of said vehicles.
