Husband in NJ and wife in India - equitable distribution

Husband lives in NJ. Marraige happened in India about 7.5 years ago. Wife came to NJ 8 months after marriage on husband sponsered Green card (via marriage) and lived with husband for 1.5 year and then left for India and has not come back for past 6 years.

If Husband files for divorce in NJ

1. can wife fight case from India

2. can wife get any thing in equitable distribution and/or spousal support while being in India as her green card is invalid since she is away for more than 2 years.
