Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex husband has not paid child support since the order was put in feb 2011. His license is already suspended due to tickets and driving under his twin brother license. He also works for his brother and to my knowledge does not get a paycheck but has access to the business accounts. I have call my enforcement agency and all I get is that it's up for enforcement. What else can I do?
