Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My ex husband was to pay 108.00 a month for child support and only paid one month before he disappeared. I have supported these kids who are now 24 and 28. He has now resurfaced and gave my sons a few dollars to help them out now is contacting me to give him back half. Can i still collect back child support for him now that i know where he is? It was ordered through new jersey state. I now live in Florida and so does he.

Assuming you had a court order, yes you can. I would get a NJ attorney to help you with it.
