Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband and I are planning on seperation/divorce. Right now we still live together with a minor child and I am currently unemployed. He stopped his direct deposit, and emptied the joint bank account. Can he keep me from having money for groceries, gas, etc.?

You need to talk to a lawyer immediately. Until there is a court order either party can do anything. Call my office and set up an appointment.
