Soon to be Ex Husband Received large cash settlement
I;m in the beginning stages of a separation/ possible divorce. I recently moved to NJ. My soon-to-be ex has won a significant cash settlement. Will they consider this when arranging child support? What else am I legally entitled to? Alimony? Maintenance? We also just bought a home.

It is not clear what the cash settlement was for - which could mean you have a claim but then again you might not. It is also not clear how long your marriage is and what kind of lifestyle you had before and could have afterward with or without support.
You really should meet with a matrimonial lawyer and have a consultation where the facts can be reviewed and your rights discussed.
