Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband and recently separated...he underhandedly got an attorney and got a court order where he was granted temporary residential custody. There is an upcomong court date...How do i proceed? I don't have funds for an attorney either...

How can he have money for an attorney but you don't? Do you have access to credit cards or can your family help you?

You must have an attorney NOW. I see that Attorney Henninger suggest that youi use your credit card to get started, Then you could look for any additional legal fee to be paid by your husband. I accept creidit cards and debit cards. Call me lif you like. 201/342/7933
