Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband and I are separated and I am filing for divorce. He left our home 5-6 months ago&is; living else where.even after divorce is settled my kids and I will remain in the home and if and when I sell the equity will be split 50/50. My question to you...is he allowed to just enter my place of residence(no longer his)whenever he pleases and without my permission? He is just doing it to stay close to me& I am trying to move on. What are my legal rights if any? Thanks
