Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Husband has sole custudy and a final restraining order against me. I have filed an appeal. I am still claiming my innocense. Husband and Aunt are lapping , yelling, and theating children. Children have court appointed pschologist, who has not reported to judge. I have passed anger management, psychiatric, and drug eval. Husband has failed hair/ nail drug test for cocaine. Husband is on last year of 5 year probation for felony charge and drug abuse. I have reported this to DYFS there response is no visible marks they can not do anything. Please help any suggestions on how I can help my children?
