My husband treats me like a dog.
my husband after almost 3 years of marriage is telling people how mean i am to him and my kids.we have been together since i was 14 and i love my kids but i'm afraid that he will get them.at one time he was beating me but that stop and now all he does is work and sleep.i want to know if i can stay in the house and keep my kids?

In light of the domestic violance that you reference in your inquiry, I find it to be doubtful that he would gain residential custody of your children. As to whether or not you will remain in the marital home with the children during and after the divorce, I need to learn more facts before making any conclusions.
