Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

my husband an i have had unreconsiable differances for many years. we have decide to get a divorce for the last2 years we haven\'t had relations in anyway i have met someone else an i am pregnant by the other man i need to know if in the state of new jersey dose the spouse have legal rights to this child

There is a presumption that a child born during a marriage is the child of the married couple, but the presumption can be rebutted with a simple, inexpensive blood test.
