Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husband will not follow the court order

Me and my husband and seperated and filing for divorce. We have been to court twice for child custody. He has primary custody due to the fact that his family gave him a home, and I am basicly staying with a friend. He refuses to let me see my child on the court order days. I have filed a complaint with the police but they say they can't make him give her to me. I dont have any money for a lawyer and no family help due to family being in a different state. What am I suppose to do?

File the papers yourself and have him held in violation of the Order.
