Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My husbands mother has threatened in the past to take us to to court for grandparent rights. We have never denied her supervised visits. We just won't allow unsupervised visits because she has a history of depression and has threatened to kill herself. We have multiple messages of her threatening her own life. She also has a physical disability called fibromyalgia which causes her to sleep most of the day. Well the issue came up again becuase I allowed my sister to take my daughter unsupervised. She said that it wasn't fair that she doesn't get to take her unsupervised and that we treat her differently. But my sister is mentally and physically healthy. If she does decide to take us to court, how high are the chances of her getting unsupervised visits? What exactly are grandparents rights?

Thank You In Advance Rebecca Hope
