Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
my husband's ex wife recently accepted government aid/assistance. now. the nevada state is running after my husband for child support(which he religiously pays!) and spousal support.despite providing documents (proof like bank statements and money transactions..)of continued child support with medical and dental insurance included, the state of nevada still claims that he is required to pay mandatory child support AND spousal support for his ex wife claims she does not receive any of the support. they are also threatening that my husband can be thrown in jail anytime soon for none payment. We have tried our very best to respond to the case but feel that they are only taking into consideration the statements of hte ex wife? what can we do?

Your husband needs a good divorce attorney, and right now.
The State of Nevada may take action here in New Jersey and cause your husband to have real problems. What you are describing is just crazy.
Come see me, bring all of your documents with you (all the divorce documents, the judgment and the divorce agreement, and also everything that Nevada has sent you). I will tell you what I see, and let you know what I can do for you. You will have to fight this.
