my 14 yr old daughter does not want to visit her mother any more.does she have a say in the matter

The question is why she does not want to visit her mother. Is she able to snow you and get her way but her mother has more control? I would think that some counseling is required because the child does not ususlly get to run things. On the other hand, if her mother is abusive visitation can be curtailed by applying to the Court for same.
