my xhusband has remarried can this increase my alimony due to the fact that his income has increased

yes, it might. there are many other factors that the Court considers, so you need a divorce attorney's help on this.

If his income has increased, it depends on how your divorce or settlement agreement was worded, so an attorney would have to review it. However, you cannot use his new wife's income for this purpose.
