Increase in Child Support/Child Care Cost

My ex has had a significant jump in annual salary. Can I request more child support? He says that if I do he is going to demand a description of what I spend the money on. Can he do that? Does child support increase with cost of living increases? Does child support cover after school care and medical coverage? If not, can I get him to pay for 1/2 of each?

The child has the right to live as well as the parent. The son of a millionaire is entitled to live like a millionaire. The more the father earns the more he pays in child support.
