Im indian can i apply here for the divorce

Im staying here for past 1 1/2 yr. i came from india. Is it possible to apply for the divorce? how much i've to spend for that. I dont ve any job here. Right now im in H4 visa. I've one 18 months female kid. I don't have any money also. But i want divorce from my hsband. Tell me what i've to do. Is it possible to get any claim from my husband?????
