Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Me and my ex both (Indian origin) are currently us citizens and divorced. We have two daughters ages 14 and 13 . I have full physical custody, joint custody and visitation every other weekend to the father who did not exercise this right in last six months.

I am remarried and we are moving to Dubai next year and started working on a new arrangement for the visitation. What kind of problem will I face.

My first questions is will the usa child custody arrangement hold value in dubai and

2nd issue is if my ex husband also moves to india then what happens to the usa child custody arrangement we have.

This is a complicated situation, and you need a good lawyer. If you do not make an agreement with your ex husband, then you will need to have a Judge decide this.
