Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Infidelity possibly leading to divorce

Couple married for 25 years. Husband dragged child from age 10 through infidelity having him meet his various mistresses in other countries. Two children are now fed up with the constant infidelity while mother still doesn't know. If the wife was to find out it would shurely lead to divorce. What kind of financial security can the wife get with no prenump, and ample evidence provided by children (including personal testimony and names).

Re: Infidelity possibly leading to divorce

The wife has claims for spousal support; a fair share of the marital estate; child custody and child support.

For more complete advice the wife must call and make an appointment for a consultation.
