when getting a divorce, is inheretance didvable, or if it was left to one person in the marrage is it thiers?

Inheritance is not distributable between the spouses unless it is commingled with marital property, such as dispositing inherited funds with marital funds or deeding inherited real estate to oneself and one's spouse.
