Inheritance

I inherited one third of my parents home and used my one third as a down payment to purchase the home,at the time I was married.Now I may be getting divorced and may have to sell the home.Am I entited to my one third back and then split anything above that if we sell the home?

You may be able to receive your 1/3rd back, but I must learn many more facts (i.e., how long have you owned the house?; is there a mortgage? etc.)before drawing any definate conclusions.
