if i inherited a home from my father, and several yrs later i would like a divorce would i have to split with my husband. we have been married for 20+ yrs.

Inherited assets are not marital assets unless they are commingled with marital assets. So long as you did not deed an interest in the real estate the property is not a marital estate to be
distributed to the parties in an action for divorce.
