Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Best interest of children

Can my ex have her boyfriend sleep over the former marital house while the kids are in the house? I agreed not to sell the house to provide a roof over their heads up until the youngest graduates from HS. I am concern my ex is exposing the kids to an unnatural environment by having her boyfriend sleep over, I don't know who this person is ( I don't realy care) but I am concern about what influence this person may have over my kids. The house is to provide shelter for the kids, and not for my ex's boyfriend, after all it is still my house (we both owned it). Any suggestions? Thank you.

If you have concerns about the boyfriend you are entitled to file a motion with the Court to have the Probation Department investigate him

and his influence in the house.

Call me if you like.
