Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Interference with Parenting Time

My husband just completed a Plenary hearing and trial in order to change Parenting time. The decision from the court has yet to come back. The Plaintiff, has once again interfered with my husband's parenting time by witholding the children and their whereabouts. With a decision pending, what action can/should be taken? Should the judge be notified of this incident? At another time a criminal complaint was filed against the Plaintiff for intereference. Should another crimnal complaint be filed?

Re: Interference with Parenting Time

I would hope you would get an attorney to handle something this serious. I cannot give you specific advice without knowing the entire case. But your options in most cases are criminal complaints or filing a motion/order to show cause with the court. Sending a letter to the court rarely does anything.

Feel free to call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss.
