Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

International Marriage Fraud

I met someone through some friends and spoke with him all of the time. I went abroad to met him and then went back to that country. That second time, two years later, we got married. However, after the marriage, I found that the communication was weak and he was not available to contact me anymore. I would call and his parents would say that he was not there; but were always very nice to me. I believe he just wanted the paper to get inside the

States. How do i get this marriage dissolved? I have tried to contact the country's embassy here in the States, one in NY, one in Miami but I leave messages on every extension that connects me and no one ever calls me back. I do not know how to get this marriage dissolved. Does anyone know how to do this without it costing me tons and tons of $$$??? please give me any suggestions you have. thank you so very much.

Re: International Marriage Fraud

It sounds as though you need an annulment because there was a misrepresentation as to the desire to live with you as a spouse.

You need an attorney. What you want does not have to cost thousands and thousands.

Call me if you like.
