Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
interstate support/dometicated from NY to Fla.
if child support has been domesticated years ago. Neither parent has lived in NY for over 15 years. Does one still continue support until 21 yr. of age? Child had dropped out of school at 15.

A child who has left school years ago and who works full time could be deemed to be emancipated and not entitled to child support from the parents. It all depends on the specific facts of the child's situation.
