if i get islamically married will i be considered emancipated?

First of all an Islamic marriage ceremony can be valid so long as the person marrying is recognized by state as someone authorized to perform a marriage ceremony. Additionally, a marriage license is required so that the marriage is sanctioned by the state.

Whether or no you are emancipated depends on your age. A marriage involving a minor may be considered

void. A marriage by someone under the age of 18 is not valid unless the parents or guardian give written, witnessed permission for same or the marriage is authorized by court order
