Re: joint custody

for a medical emergency, either of you should take the child to the doctor immediately.

if you have true joint custody, then both can take the child to the doctor. why on earth would you want to keep it a secret from the other parent?

if you need a divorce attorney, please call me.

Re: joint custody

With joint custoedy both parents are entitled to know about medical attention received by their child. Secondly, the child will eventually tell the mother about going to the doctor.

Call me if you like.
