Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey
I have joint custody of my daughter, recently her father obtained primary residence of her because I no longer could afford to live on my own with a waitress salary (i stayed home with her during day while he worked full time) he lives with his parents. I have no family in new jersey, no family help, and now im living with a boyfriend and his father working 2 jobs trying to save money to get a house again and regain primary residential custody, but they are taking 71 a week out of my paycheck (he was only paying me 75 a week, refused childcare help, and made double what i did, and lived with his parents) can i fight this, this leaves me nothing to save and get on my feet and provide for her, i asked him if i could move in with my parents for a year and take her, send her to him for a few weeks in the summer and school break etc just to save and have family support, and of course he refused, but im never going to make it on my own, giving him 300 a week that he doesnt need, while im working two jobs, no help, and striggling. any chance of getting permission to move, or get child support lowered, considering this living situation is meant to be temporary?

I would normally say call me to discuss but it sounds like you don't have any money including money for an attorney. I would try to get money from your family to hire an attorney to work this out
