Re: Joint Custody

Joint custody, as in equal say in legal decisions, medical decisions and such, not hard at all? You have equal rights with the mother. Now joint physical custody is a whole other idea since most judges do not like to slit 50/50, your best bet would be 60/40 (you get the 40) unless you just want to go for custody and get the 60, but that's a different idea.

My initial consultations are always free, so feel free to call me at 732/247/3340 and we can discuss your case.

Re: Joint Custody

It all depends on the man. Joint custody is favored by the Court because it is viewed as being in the best interest of the child to experience both parents frequently.

The question is have you abandoned your parental duties in the past so

that the Court will not trust you.

Call me if you like.
