Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Can judge force me to sign for a passport for my son?

It is stated in our final divorce papers of 1999 that no passport is to be issued for our son. I have my reasons for this and my ex husband agreed and signed with full knowledge. Now, our son is 7 and he wants me to sign for a passport so he can take him to Japan. His wife is from Asia and they are going to visist. After several ''no, you know my position'' he said he is taking me to court and the judge will make me sign. What kind of rights do I have in this matter? We have joint physical custody. Neither one of us has residential either. Thank you.

What strikes me is that some people accept as gospel adverserial predictions of what a judge will do, even when the adversary is not even an attorney. If you call me, I will discuss your case with you and give you my opinion.
