Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

If a judge has ordered spousal support to be stopped and the money is still coming out of the exspouse's paycheck, how can i get it stopped?

You must make sure that the probation department has cancelled the wage execution order. You may have to serve a copy of the order terminating support on the probation officer to whom your case is assigned. Call him or her.
