Jurisdition
I live in NJ but am married to a loser who is abusive, I have family in Ga and want to take our son & go there for safety. Any advise on how I can do this without being changed with any wrong doing??

Re: Jurisdition
You need to file for divorce and custody and get permission to move from the court. Although legal custody is not established with either one of you, your husband has the same rights to access as you do.

You need a good attorney to help you out with all this. My office is right in New Brunswick and my initial consultations are always free, so call me at 732/247/3340 to discuss your case.
Re: Jurisdition
You should file a domestic violence complaint and ask the judge for permission to move to Georgia at least temporarily. With the restraining order you will be able to control him and you will be able to move legally. Otherwise he can force you to return to New Jersey with the children.
Call me if you like.
