Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Is there any way to kick my father out of the house? He's 51 and hasn't held a job for more than 6 years. He smokes and plays computer games all day. We only give him three things to do: laundry, dishes, and getting water but he often refuses to do so. He is both an emotional and financial burden on my mother. Whenever my mom asks him to do anything, he get's into an argument and refuses to move. What can I do?

Have your mother call my office, and I will assist her. She needs to know what her options are, and then she needs to decide what she wants to do. I can then help her make it happen.
