Re: ex is using kids

Your question is a little vague, but I suggest you go to court, set a schedule and get it in an order. Thus, there will be no question as to what happens and when. If he decides to go against it, he violates a court order which is a criminal offense of contempt of court.

Hi,

With custody and parenting time, a Court Order is never permanent. If one side is doing something improper, or there is a change in circumstances, you can apply to the Court to have the schedule changed. If you do not have a set parenting (visitation) times, then I would suggest you file for an increase in parenting time and for a set schedule.
