Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My kids father and I have a custody visitation agreement he is supposed to keep my children girls ages 4 yr and 11 yr old every Tues n Thurs evening n every other Fri through Sunday and has not been keeping them according to agreement on Tues and Thurs because he moved 45 min away and complain that he loses sleep taking them to school. He keeps them last night though is working and permitted his mother to drop my 11 year old off to a skating rink without supervision and until 10 pm pass curfew my daughter was told to lie to me about her whereabouts and that sent me in a panic her father once he found out that I found out where she was called me told me not to worry about kids calling me and called me all kinds of names. He also is residing with his mother in a 2 bedroom in which 3 other people occupy my children have been sleeping on the floor and he is irresponsible having my children walk alone unsupervised miles to local McDonald's playground located along a major hwy. Can I request overnight visits to be canceled and or supervised
