Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

My kids father is taking me to court because i am moving to OK from Nj and he does not want the kids to go out of state. On the forms from his lawyer he stated that i have no verification of lease agreement, job verification and no supplemental support. Is it better for me to l leave the kids with him for a month until the court date and go to my interviews and get a job in OK or stay here with the kids until the court date?

You really should get a lawyer today. He has one and it seems like you don't. The other lawyer could really tear you up in court. If you do anything without having a lawyer to guide you, this can all blow up in your face. Call me at 732/773/2768 to discuss.

Once you would leave the children with the father, you are just begging for him to hold on to them when you try to get them back

DO YOU HAVE to make the move to Ok? Your reasons for the move may be a target of scruitiny----
