Re: what kind
You definitely have a claim to the house. Since it sounds like there is other property involved, see an attorney to get a complete review of your situation and advice as to how you should proceed.

What you are describing is crazy.
Please go to a divorce attorney immediately. Do not agree to anything at all until you talk to an attorney and get some advice.
You have a child (children) with this person. Each child needs to be raised, in a decent apartment or house, needs to be fed, clothed, educated, sent to college maybe, and in general supported and loved. You can do the last part on your own (every kid deserves two loving supporting parents, though), but everything else takes MONEY! Money which we will attempt to get from the child's father.
You need advice from a lawyer. Be prepared to pay for the lawyer's time; it is how the lawyer pays for his/her own bills.
Call if you like; I never charge for a first phone call. You can then decide how you would like to proceed.

Before you do anything, you should see an attorney. An attorney will advise you as to what you should do after discussing the entire situation with you.
