Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

I was laid off in January 2010. In October I filed a motion to stop / reduce alimony. Judge saw no change of circumstances and denied claim. I am now unable to pay alimony. If I stop do I get arrested or do I get summoned to appear in court?

If you don't pay through probation, you will get a motion from the other side at some point. I know you must have little to no money to pay an attorney, but it may be a great investment if you could find some way to get an attorney involved.
