Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

hello my name is Lauren Thomas I am the non constodiall parent of a 6 year old my son lives with his father in passaic county new jersey i live in south carolina i had came to new jersey for visitation rights in hackensack court i have been granted to see my son on the second sunday of each month the father asked the judge for me to pick up my son at his home i agreed to it. so one sunday came along august 30th 2009 i went to the fathers home to pick my child it was suppose to be curbside drop off the plaintiff (father) was not there so his fiance came out to the door with my son she never attempted to bring him to the curb so i exited the car and went to get my son from her she started yelling"you are not allowed to come in my house get out of my house im going to call the cops" I never went into the home i was at the door where she was standing with my son holding his hand. so I went bck to the car she called police i waited police arrived and plaintiff arrived 20 min after police and told cops i was not suppose to be at his residence due to a past FRO froom 2005 that i was not awared that it was still in place i was placed in handcuffs in front of my children and taken into custudy. I just want to know what do i do from here i was wronfully arrested for no apearent reasons what papers can i file with the court for not having my visit with my son due to the plaintiff haveing me arrested?

It would appear that the mother is the instigagtor of the incident and that the police were manipulated by her. A motion can bae filed with the court to hold the mother in contempt of the court order. As for your ciminal charge, I would think that an attorney could have the charge dismissed.
