Lawyer

I live in the state of NJ and I want to hire an attorney who has already faced the lawyer I am up against. Where/How can I get that information..

Re: Lawyer

A Westlaw search might do it but that requires a subscription and does not cover all trial proceedings,. You might try the Internet but I doubt that will be any more productive as to trial proceedings.

The best way might be to call lawyers in and around the county where your matter is to take place and ask if they have experience with the other attorney.

Best of luck.

Re: Lawyer

If it is a matrimonial matter in Bergen County, I have probably opposed the lawyer in question. Call me to find out.

Call me if you like.

Re: Lawyer

I'm not sure I really see your reason behind it, but I guess trial and error is the only way to figure that out. I practice statewide so you can run the name by me if you want.
