Legal Question in Family Law in New Jersey

Our lawyers incorporated our property settlement in with our divorce. We owned a business too. We had difficulty coming to a final agreement, so my ex agreed to keep a whole life insurance policy for the 2 children, as part of the settlement. In the beginning, via my attorney, I would be notified by the Ins. Co. when my ex lapsed the premiums. This has stopped, and I believe he's not paying them. Since this was part of our divorce agreement, should our children not pursue as this as adults, in the event of his death, do I have the right to obtain this on their behalf?
