leagal kidnapping

is it leagal to make lies up about a mother in nj,then cross state line into pa throw custody papers at me with no investagation,no sheriff,no pa autoritys involed what-so-ever and nj granted custody with out my presence in court,i have documented prof that these people,the father,praternal grandparents are liers ,grandpa is a retired cop and i was dinied the return of my daughter twice,but no one can tell me why other than my daughter is ok with grandma,i was never proven to be un-fit

I think you are missed some important facts. There needs to be a hearing in order for this to be done. However, you never showed up for one reason or another. I need to know why. If you defaulted by not showing up, the court had no other recourse but to grant custody to the other side. It sounds like you need a good attorney to undue the damage and get custody back for you.
