Right to ask him to leave

My husband is abusing alcohol. I have two small children and need to know if I can legally request that he leave the home until he gets help.

You have the right to "ask" him but if he says no, you don't have the right to "force" him to leave. In that case, you will need a court force him to leave. I would suggest you get an attorney for that as its not taken lightly.
